Photos from a two-day workshop event held May 31 - June 1 in Tacoma, Washington that focused on flow measurement, water quality and data collection "best practices" as it relates to river, stream and canal operations.

Day-1 provided a unique experience for attendees as classroom instruction was held at the Cheney Stadium - home of the Tacoma Rainers! After class let out, attendees were treated to a special VIP tour of the stadium, and box seats for the evenings match up against the Salt Lake Bees.

Day-2 offered attendees a hands-on experience with acoustic instruments such as the FlowTracker2 and the RiverSurveyor-M9, and other water monitoring technology such as WaterLog's new Amazon bubbler.

Some of the agencies represented included Clark County Washington, Coos Watershed Assoc, Freshwater Trust, Hydrology Northwest Inc., Jamestown S'Klallam Tribe, King County Washington, Klamath Irrigation District, Pierce County Public Works, Rain to River Consulting, Shoshone-Bannock Tribes, Thurston County Washington, Underwood Conservation System, Via-Sat Data Systems, and Walla Walla Basin Watershed Council.
