Over 50 environmental water monitoring officials, researchers and project managers gathered in Ann Arbor earlier this week for a day packed with information relating to water quantity and quality data collection. Some of the organizations represented included the Michigan Dept of Environmental Quality, the Ohio Environmental Protection Agency, USGS, Michigan State University, Great Lakes Environmental Center, the cities of Toledo, Bellevue (thank you Mayor Strecker for joining us), Grand Rapids and Wauseon, Siena Heights University, Wayne University, University of Michigan and many, many more! Special thanks to Paul Nieberding from Fondriest Environmental and Ed Verhamme from LimnoTech for contributing to our workshop with their knowledge and application studies.
